A collaborative, limited-edition robusto celebrating Puerto Rican culture, craft, and música brava.

Named in homage to El Gallo Pinto, the celebrated restaurant in Guayama, Puerto Rico, led by chef Ángel David Moreno Zayas. This culinary destination, set in a restored colonial house, has been recognized as a 2025 James Beard Awards finalist for Best Chef: South — a distinction that highlights its excellence in Puerto Rican cuisine and cultural storytelling.

Gallo Pinto cigar opens with rich cocoa notes layered with bright hints of roasted coffee, creating a warm and inviting first impression. As the smoke develops, it evolves into a thick, creamy texture that rounds out the profile, finishing balanced, refined, and confidently structured — a cigar with presence and depth from start to finish.

Founded in 2018 in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, by Antonio, Tito, and Francisco, El Club del Turro grows and rolls cigars from seed to ash at Finca Neo Jibairo. Their mission is to revive Puerto Rico’s nearly forgotten tobacco tradition while innovating with collaborations like the El Gallo Pinto.
