Meet Xavier Pacheco:
Chef and co-owner of Bacoa, Finca & Fogón in Juncos, PR. Recognized as one of the Best New Restaurants in the World in an article by the BBC, and also featured in other articles by The New York Times, Washington Post, and Eater.
Additionally, he is the chef and co-owner of Taquería Los Guapos in San Juan, a taco establishment inspired by authentic Mexican cuisine. Known and respected as one of the youngest, most creative, committed, inspiring, and determined chefs in Puerto Rico.
He stands out for being one of the early promoters of the “Farm to Table” philosophy, focusing on the use of local and fresh ingredients in his culinary creations.
